El gestor de textos de licitaci\u00f3n le permite de crear la especificaci\u00f3n de trabajos, obras y productos por un proyecto. Estas especificaciones se necesitan normalmente para obras p\u00fablicas y proyectos de construcciones. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cada texto de licitaci\u00f3n se puede crear como un texto normal, un texto maestro o un texto de referencia (a un texto maestro). Los textos master y de referencia lo posibilitan de usar el mismo texto para diferentes \u00e1reas y de gestionarlo solamente una vez. Si cambia el texto maestro todos los textos de referencia se cambian autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p>\n

El gestor de ventas cruzadas (Cross-Selling) le permite de enlazar diferentes textos entre si para notificar al usuario sobre productos y servicios adicionales.<\/p>\n

Extensi\u00f3n para TYPO3<\/h4>\n

La extensi\u00f3n para TYPO3 le permite de crear un texto de licitaci\u00f3n directamente en la \u00e1rea de administraci\u00f3n de TYPO3 con su texto corto, texto largo, cantidad, unidad, tipo de texto y su t\u00edtulo.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo de administraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n

El m\u00f3dulo de administraci\u00f3n tiene una estructura clara con un \u00e1rbol de t\u00edtulos y uno para las p\u00e1ginas. Todas informaciones se pueden ver con un simple clic. Se pueden crear tambi\u00e9n textos normales, textos maestros y textos de referencia. Toda la informaci\u00f3n requerida como textos cortos, descripciones, cantidad, unidad, tipo de texto y el titulo se pueden editar f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n

El \u00e1rbol de p\u00e1ginas permite de exportar los textos en el formato GAEB (un formato normalizado para intercambiar textos de licitaci\u00f3n en Alemania).<\/p>\n

AT-Manager (Gestor para crear licitaciones)<\/h3>\n

El gestor para crear licitaciones es una herramienta \u00fatil para que el usuario final coleccione los textos de licitaci\u00f3n que creo en el \u00e1rea de administraci\u00f3n. Alli puede a\u00f1adir t\u00edtulos, editar los textos, a\u00f1adir cantidades y precios. Con la funci\u00f3n de exportaci\u00f3n puede crear archivos en los formatos Texto, HTML, Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe PDF, GAEB 81 y 82.<\/p>\n

The Specification Text Manager handles all the product specification texts necessary for bid invitations mainly in Germany.<\/span><\/p>

The Typo3 Backend Module allows the user to create the specification text directly in the Typo3-Backend and to manage them like a \u201cnormal\u201d Typo3-Element.<\/p>

Own Backend Module<\/h5>

My own Backend-Module has an easier Interface than the Typo3-Backend Module. The page tree and the title tree can be viewed and managed like the Windows Explorer tree.\u00a0 All information is available and editable by a mouse click. All specification text can be arranged and saved as normal text, as master text or as a reference text. This gives the user the possibility to manage same texts in different areas as references to one text. Changing the master text will change all reference texts too. The Block Text Manager offers the possibility to add predefined block texts to your specification texts and save a lot of time and trouble. All texts can be exported as GAEB file.<\/p>

Specification Text Editor<\/h4>

The Specification Text Editor allows the end user to select the desired specification texts and transfer them to Editor. Like a shop basket many texts can be selected and transferred. After that the transferred texts can be edited, supplied with titles, quantity and prices. The export function allows a flawless connection to exchange the text with your own Software or send it to your clients. The available formats are plain text, HTML, Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe PDF, GAEB 81 and 82.
