Specification Text Manager / Tender Text Manager

The Specification Text Manager handles all the product specification texts necessary for bid invitations mainly in Germany.

All specification text can be defined as normal text, as master text or as a reference text. This gives the user the possibility to manage same texts in different areas as references to one text. Changing the master text will change all reference texts too. The Block Text Manager offers the possibility to add predefined block texts to your specification texts and save a lot of time and trouble. With the Cross-Selling Manager you can connect different specification text to each other and offer your client related or useful products to these specification texts.

Backend Module

There are different Backend Modules available to fit your needs:

Typo3-Backend Plugin

The Typo3 Backend Module allows the user to create the specification text directly in the Typo3-Backend and to manage them like a “normal” Typo3-Element.

Own Backend Module

My own Backend-Module has an easier Interface than the Typo3-Backend Module. The page tree and the title tree can be viewed and managed like the Windows Explorer tree. All information is available and editable by a mouse click. All specification text can be arranged and saved as normal text, as master text or as a reference text. This gives the user the possibility to manage same texts in different areas as references to one text. Changing the master text will change all reference texts too. The Block Text Manager offers the possibility to add predefined block texts to your specification texts and save a lot of time and trouble. All texts can be exported as GAEB file.

Specification Text Editor

The Specification Text Editor allows the end user to select the desired specification texts and transfer them to Editor. Like a shop basket many texts can be selected and transferred. After that the transferred texts can be edited, supplied with titles, quantity and prices. The export function allows a flawless connection to exchange the text with your own Software or send it to your clients. The available formats are plain text, HTML, Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe PDF, GAEB 81 and 82.
